It can come from a single winemaker or be more playful, including a grape variety from each terroir, a rosé, or a vintage, depending on availability at the time. -Champagne and Caviar pairing: The champagnes are chosen to pair perfectly with the caviar tasted. The caviar offered is French, from organic farming, 30 grams to share. Practical Details: -Participants: The tasting is designed for two guests. -Quantities: Each person will taste 4 glasses of champagne, i.e. 4 x 6 cl per person. This is a friendly rediscovery and not a masterclass, perfect for exploring or rediscovering the subtleties of local champagnes in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
