These rock formations are amazing. Trail is well set up but some step climbing is involved. If you have any mobility challenges it would be good to have a walking stick.

This was a trip to the amazing rock formations. Our guide was Victor who was very knowledgeable and showed us many things about the local wildlife and nature. We really enjoyed it and would recommend.

Casi perdimos nuestra oportunidad de conocer la ciudad Encantada, vaya susto. Desde el día anterior de la salida, los recepcionistas del hotel ya me ayudaron a llamar para concretar el viaje, pero el movil de contacto siempre está apagado. El día de la salida, sigue apagado. Tuvimos que ir al punto de recogida en taxi, que está delante de un gimnasio bastante lejos del hotel. Llegamos media hora antes, no vimos a nadie en el punto, y los trabajadores del hotel me dijeron que nunca habían visto turistas delante de su gimnasio. Pasado la hora acordada en la reserva, tuve que llamar a la atención a clientes de Viator para localizar al operador. Después de 3 comunicaciones telefónicas con Viator, me llegó un email diciendo que están intentando resolver la situación. En el email salió el nombre del operador, intenté ponerlo en google map para ver si consigo localizar otro número de teléfono para investigar cuál sería la solución más rápida, porque sólo pasamos un día en Cuenca y ya eran las 11:20. En google maps la agencia sale como cerrado permanente….fue el momento más desesperado. Busqué un plan B, y una conquense muy amable en la calle me ha ayudado a llamar a la empresa de taxi para buscar una alternativa. En ese momento, por fin me llamó una trabajadora de la agencia Rocio, y me ofrece la alternativa de llevarnos al parque en su coche, tiene muy buena actitud y dice que fue su culpa que se ha olvidado coger bien nuestra reserva. Así que decidimos esperarla. Unos minutos después, le volví a llamar para saber cuándo salimos, me dijo que iba a buscar un taxi para llevarnos y el guía nos espera en la puerta. Lo acepté. Unos minutos después, me llamó ella y dijo que el guía y el grupo ya habían entrado y no podían esperarnos y nos ofreció el reembolso. Lo acepté y le pedi el número de teléfono de taxi para organizar por mi cuenta la excursión. Desconociendo la ciudad, mis familiares no hablan nada de español, encima el punto de recogida está bastante apartado del centro de la ciudad, ni siquiera pudimos ir a buscar otra agencia de viaje para llevarnos. Aunque Rocio tiene muy buena actitud y le agradezco mucho por su esfuerzo de buscar alternativa para nosotras, preferiría no tener este susto.

Todo bien. Fuimos a la Ciudad Encantada y al Ventano del Diablo y genial. El guía Fernando también muy bien. El único pero sería que el grupo es un poco grande. Para este tipo de visitas resulta más comodo grupos de 10-12 personas

Merece la pena la visita, pero no con niños pequeños ni movilidad reducida ni si no estás en forma por edad o dolencias. Son 4 kilómetros con algunas cuestas. No informan bien de esto...
