We did this tour based on a suggestion from Mahsa, its not something that I would have picked normally. I'm so so glad we did it because it was the best day of our trip!
The farm tour and ham tasting was so fun and informative. You also go into the countryside of south Spain to see the farm and cave, so its a bit outside the regular tourist path, which I loved.
Carlos was an amazing guide (he also took us to Cordoba a couple days before), it was like spending a day with an old friend. He made sure we were taken care of at each stop as we don't speak spanish. I really recommend NJAT, they have great guides and smooth logistics, very easy to work with!

<p>Definitely the highlight of our Spain trip. Our guide Jose and driver Robert went above and beyond to make this a special day, and our guide at Eiriz factory Manu was full of fascinating information about the whole process, from piglet to sliced ham on the plate. The tasting, of course, was the highlight, not only because of the outstanding ham best ever and wine, but also they way Manu tied the process information back to what we tasted. Huge difference between the true Iberico Bellota and the Cebo that I never would have expected, Recommend to anyone.</p>
