For someone like me who doesn't travel a lot, visiting Chicago for the first time can be a bit overwhelming, especially since I was traveling alone.
The first person who contacted me, Eddie, was extremely helpful and very patient when answering any questions or concerns. I was so nervous about navigating through Chicago O’Hare, but was surprised at how quickly I made my way through to my Driver.

The driver was right on time picking us up from our hotel for our flight back home. He was friendly and asked about our stay in Chicago. He dropped us off right in front of the Delta terminal so there was no walking or pulling our luggage. Great Service.
