Lousy. We contracted with wakea experience, an hour of paddle surfing. After a day and a half calling the contact phone number registered in the reservation pdf, no one picked up the phone number. Upon arrival we found a barrier that limited entry by car, so we walked down for 30 minutes. All this without any prior indication. When the girl who assists us arrives (I refuse to call her professional), she tells us that the contact problems (the contact phone number does not correspond to the company) are not her problem, and are the issue of another company. By telling her that if they have not reviewed the service they provide, or the wrong contact telephone number since as a final product they must know what the service provided by their subcontracted company is like, response, that is not my problem. We decided to file a complaint, since we arrived late, we could not find the site and the misinformation was total, in addition to not assuming any responsibility. Then the girl who serves us tells us, DON'T GIVE THE PROFILE and I'm not going to serve you. REPORTABLE and shabby. He also tells us that there is no time for paddle surfing, without previously explaining that option in the pdf due to weather difficulties since he may not want a Kayak. The girl, in fact, refused to leave us a pen to file the corresponding claim. Few people for the time of August that it is. Very shabby. Only review, bring a sandwich and water (if you find the place of course). Unprofessional staff, who do not assume any responsibility. Then we went to MARTUKA CHILL OUT and great and Kayaks at a better price.

I can only say that I will not repeat the experience with wakea again. Difficult telephone service, facilities in poor condition, nor do they give any type of explanation to carry out the activity, you have to transport the material yourself, there is no type of control or attention in case of an incident.

El peor sitio que me he encontrado en años. Todo sucio, dejado y la atención pésima. 5€ por dos latas de cerveza completamente congeladas que tuvimos que tirarlas sin poder beberlas Teníamos reservado la actividad y nos tocó esperar 45 minutos porque no tenían más chalecos y nos los dieron recién usados de otras personas sin ni siquiera desinfectar por protocolo COVID. Cualquier parecido con las fotos de su página web es pura coincidencia. Sitio a NO recomendar.
