What to expect
Atami
Visit to the three shops Travelers will visit total of three culinary shops in Atami, spending approximately45 min at each shops. Shops include Green Tea, Wasabi Zuke (pickles) , Katsuobushi (Bonito or skipjack Tune used for Japanese soup stock), and Tofu. Shops to visit are on rotation basis and decided based on the availability of shop owners and the tour operator, Curious Travel.

Sugimoto Katsuobushi Shop, likely the last shop to visit, depending on the shop rotation of the tour. Guide will happily show the way back to the starting point. (5 min walk) or any other locations.
