    Very easy-to-use app. We were smart enough to book the FlexiPlus option, cause when the ferry company canceled the trip (Ferryhopper also informed us in time about it), we simply chatted with them and we changed the departure within minutes.

    Bought ferry tickets from ferry hopper about a month before our trip in November. Instructions said to go to gate E8. No other information. There were about 10 large ships around gate E8, none of them were ours. Couldn’t find anyone to ask. Despite getting there 30 minutes before our departure we missed it. We finally found someone who sent us across the port to gate E7. This is not like an airport where E7 is right next to E8. It’s about 400 m away. Luckily there was another ferry leaving 45 minutes later so we got tickets to that one. Turns out there’s no reason to buy in advance. On ferry hopper. Plenty of tickets and it was 12 euros less! Just get there early and buy your tickets so they can show you where to get your ferry.
