    We booked this excursion through get your guide and were greeted by Wilf from Around Town Travel. What a lovely man he was. Couldn’t do enough for you and was there to help wherever he could. Honestly couldn’t have wished for a better guide. An absolutely asset to the team. Thank you so much Wilf and will happily recommend you to friends from home for their trips to Benidorm in the future. Also another shout out to David the coach driver. Another lovely man and could have a laugh with both of them.

    We booked this trip at an exchange bureau and were amazed at how cheap it was 22.50 Euros per person for half a day at the Algar Waterfalls . We were picked up at 10:10am which was a great time at a location near our hotel. It took approximately 35 minutes to get there . We were escorted on the coach by Stuart who was there to look after us he very informative and made our custom feel valued. On the coach we were offered a dining package which was either a Tuna or a ham and cheese baguette and a choice of a soft drink or beer or wine in the Don Juan restaurant near to the falls for 7 Euros per person and after you had eaten you had the use of their swimming pool again this was a bargain it was too good to miss. We was dropped at the second entrance at the waterfalls which made if easier for those with some walking difficulties . I would not recommend the falls if you are unstable in your feet and cannot walk over rocks as it was quite treacherous. We had 3 hours there which was plenty to walk up and down the falls swim in the pools have a rest and then go to eat and have a swim in the pool at the Don Juan . The falls were absolutely beautiful and the landscape was very scenic. I am so pleased I booked this trip and both the coach driver and Stuart were pleasant and gave excellent customer service if was a pleasure to use this company

    Booked for two in the town Picked up at Buddies at allocated time. Met with rep and given seat numbers on the coach. The rep Wilf ( Spennymoors finest ) was very attentive and professional. Waterfalls are dip pools are beautiful, cold but bearable I worn sturdy trainers and changed into my flip flops, very wise Before coach pick up met at restaurant. You can buy a meal ticket on the coach from wilf, when on route we were told we cannot take food into the nature reserve and had to eat at many of the outlets as our bags would be searched. Many of us left our packed lunches on the coach then later found out we could have taken our packed lunches with us and saved the £7.50 each meal ticket Down side is we weren’t told this when booking All in all a cracking afternoon Well done Wilf !! Any way what a magical and emotional place and will return next year when a tad warmer

    Just want to say what an amazing day we had, the lady Kathy that done the excursion was amazing. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. There’s not really a lot to do in Benidorm for me! I wish we had known about these excursions sooner as Well Worth a visit. And a big shout out to our lovely driver who had so many challenges as I could never drive the way he did down them tiny little roads up and down the mountains it was unreal. He’s driving ability couldn’t thought him in anyway. Just wanna say a massive thank you to them both as made our holiday experience. For me, the only negative would be that need a little bit more time in the village/town just so we’re gonna done a bit of shopping as felt a little bit rushed! As I think we just spent too long in the shops.
