    Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr tollen Tag. Mit ein paar extra Überraschungen. Bei dem Stopp in Mumbles hatten wir 20 Minuten Zeit und der Tipp, den kleinen Berg zum Oystermouth Castle hinaufzusteigen, war super. Ein schönes Schloss inmitten grüner Berge. Der Ausblick nach dem kurzen Aufstieg zum Mumbles Leuchtturm war auch genial. Wir hatten wirklich Glück mit dem Wetter und haben besonderes den 40 minütigen Spaziergang von Langland Beach zum Caswell Bay Beach entlang der spektakulären Klippen (auf gut ausgebauten) Weg genossen. Der Spaziergang auf den Klippen beim Rossili Beach mit den walisischen Wildpferden war auch sehr schön. Ein wirklich toller Abschluss war der Kings Arthur Stone, der wirklich malerisch in der Landschaft steht. Auch hier empfiehlt es sich (die ggf. etwas schlammigen) Weg zu nehmen, um ihn zu besuchen. Unser Begleiter war Max und kommt eigentlich aus Italien. Wir konnten ihn super verstehen. Nachdem er uns pünktlich am verabredeten Punkt eingesammelt hatte, ging es im sauberen Auto direkt los. Er ist super auf uns eingegangen, hat alles immer genau erklärt und auch viel über Land und Leute erzählt. Einer der besten Guides, die wir auf unseren vielen Reisen bisher hatten, vielen Dank!

    Max was amazing. We had an amazing day. As we were travelling, Max was talking to us about Wales and areas we were passing. The van was warm and comfortable which was very important for us in that cold and windy day. Max took us to beautiful places. We highly recommend this trip.

    If you’re looking for a day of breathtaking coastal views, charming seaside villages, and refreshing sea air, this trip is an absolute must. From the peaceful Swansea Marina to the quaint streets of Mumbles, every stop felt like a hidden gem. The Mumbles Pier & Lighthouse offered postcard-perfect views, while Langland Bay’s cliff-top walk was pure serenity. But Rhossili Bay stole the show—endless golden sands, wild horses, and cliffs that make you feel on top of the world. This wasn’t just a trip; it was a soul-refreshing escape. Highly recommended!

    I spent a peaceful time at Swansea Marina. People recommend visiting beaches and cliffs during the summer. But I've travelled to the Rhossili Bay and beaches this February. It was breathtakingly gorgeous, and I felt a fresh touch of nature in the cold, windy weather on the cliff. The walk around Langland to Caswell Bay was lovely. It was not bad at all to visit these places in the winter. Places with few people but were completely safe. Fortunately, there was no rain. There were several shops that served delicious food and hot beverages. Welsh people I came across around the area were extremely welcoming. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Thanks, Mr. Max, who was our tour guide. He is an extraordinary individual, possessing a deep-rooted passion for his job. He is really polite and gave us clear instructions throughout the day.
