Your tour guide will escort you to meidum oases where the the first true pyramid was built by king huni. however, there is no record of his name in the monument (only in nearby mastabas) while king sneferu is mentioned in texts at the site. it could be possible that huni started and sneferu completed. pyramid is known as the Layer pyramid. Huni was the father of queen hetepheres 1 the wife of sneferu who was his successor and the first king of the fourth dynasty.

Our tour guide will escort you for a guided tour to the very early 4th dynasty cemetery where - the white pyramid was built by the king Sneferu father of the king Cheops around 2600 BC and people can visit without extra charges. the white pyramid is the only pyramid in Egypt its outer casing still remaining which is made out of fine limestone. - the red pyramid of the king sneferu was built to be the first real pyramid and people are able to visit it from inside without extra charge - the small pyramid behind the white one Was built as a subsidiary pyramid to buried the king’s organs and people are able to visit from inside without any extra charge. - the panoramic view to see all dahshur pyramids including the black pyramid of the 12th dynasty Middle Kingdom.
