What to expect
Belgrade
We will visit the settlement of ancient people from the late Neolithic period, 5700-6000 years ago. This site was excavated by Zorana Papic, a great Serbian anthropologist.
We will stop at the largest fortress in Serbia, which served as the capital of the state several times. During World War II, the fortress walls housed an ammunition depot, which was blown up by a Soviet spy integrated in the Balkans named Golubic. We will see all the significant places within the fortress, take a walk in the park, and capture some photos.
Another stronghold of sovereignty in Serbia is the Golubac Fortress. This fortress, built into the rock, dates back to the late Middle Ages and has preserved its charm. We will have lunch within the fortress walls, stroll through the inner garden in the rocks, and enjoy the views.
Lepenski vir
The modern archaeological museum of Lepenski Vir, of incredible beauty, will welcome us to its exhibitions and interior designs, showcasing how people lived 5000 years ago.
Boljetin river canyon
We will take some great photos on the bridge across the canyon, stop and take a walk down below the bridge, which has convenient infrastructure.
The experience can be subject to change due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances. We always endeavour to give you the best possible experience.
