    Viator gave us the wrong meeting place. We called when no one show up and they said we were in the right place. After 10 minutes called again and again told us we were in the right place and would connect us to the guide. Then they disconnected. (It was about 100degrees and no shade. Called back third time, were told we were late and missed our tour. We explained we were at the location they gave us a half hour before tour was to started and called them twice and were told we were in the right place. Then they had the tour guide call us, he said he NEVER starts the tour at the location they gave. He told us where to meet him, which was several miles away. My family said the tour was okay, but I was so over heated I could go on it. I WILL NEVER USE VIATOR AGAIN. They did even say they were sorry for giving us the wrong location.

    Our tour guide, Enza, was amazing. She communicated prior to our meeting time thru WhatsApp and met us at the entrance. Our group of 5 had her all to ourselves, and she guided us along the ruins, telling everything she knew about them, with history, pictures, and other interesting facts. I would not have appreciated the park as much if I had done it without a guide. There were other large groups with tour guides there, but I appreciated having our own guide. In a larger group, you don't get your questions answered as freely and it is hard to hear everything they are saying. I would highly recommend Enza!

    Liz was brilliant and gave us a great insight into the history and more of the area. Throughly recommend the visit

    Fantastic tour of the ruins. Very helpful guide, with great local knowledge. Pace was perfect for the multiple levels of fitness of the varied group. The time was perfect, any earlier in the afternoon would have been uncomfortably hot.

    The information given by the local tour guide helped view the historic temples well . His detailed background knowledge enabled us to travel back in time.
