    The diving team were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They talked us through all of the information we needed not having dived for a while. They demonstrated clearly and supported us throughout. They were ensuring our safety at all times and bent over backwards to make it easy and a pleasure for us. A great team!!

    Had an amazing experience with Sundiving! I did my Open Water PADI here and they did an amazing job at teaching me and keeping me safe. Besides the professional treatment I also had a lot of fun here and made new friends! I recommend this place 100% if you want to do a fun dive, discover dive or your PADI!!

    Had a great experience at Sun Divers. My fiancée and I are fairly inexperienced open water divers with 15 dives each and felt so well looked after here. We did 2x Fun Dives in the morning and both were great. The gear and facilities are good and the staff are super friendly. My fiancée sometime gets nervous descending on the first dive after a while and Shan was so patient and calm helped her enjoy it all. The second dive was a breeze and the guys are so clued up. Would definitely recommend Sun divers if you’re wanted to get some diving in Unawatuna and the post-dive beer at the lovely attached bar just hits differently!

    I had a wonderful dive despite some rough seas and poor visibility. The guides are extremely competent and make you feel very safe. They gave me a quick refresher with very clear instructions. I was worried about loosing my guide due to lack of visibility but he staid very close which made me feel very safe and in good hands. Saw lots of pretty fishes up close as well as a shipwreck and an underwater statue!

    Such a great time diving here! The visibility wasn't the best but we knew that was likely as we have been in Sri Lanka at this time of year before and they had told us honestly what to expect when we emailed ahead of our arrival. Great location right on the beach with easy access to the boats. When we arrived we were made to feel really welcome and everything was explained clearly. Each day the dive sites were chosen carefully with a good briefing and we were asked if it was OK. They went out of their way to try to give us a good selection and different sites as we were there for a while and we really appreciated the 'special' dive sites! Our dives were managed really well above and below water with a good ratio of dive guides to divers ( 1 to 1 on one occasion!). Nothing was too much trouble for them and I would certainly recommend them for a great time diving. All the staff were not only very knowledgeable and professional but really good fun! We had such a great time both diving and at their beach party!
