A member of our trained staff will demonstrate the basics of gathering glass from the furnace and creating simple forms, then assist each participant to create their own finished piece. No glassworking experience is required. This is a true "hot glass" experience.Be sure to hydrate before and during the workshop, wear close toed shoes and wear natural fiber clothing. While we appreciate humor, we do not tolerate horseplay of any kind, Gilbert Glassworks reserves the right to dismiss anyone whose conduct is deemed detrimental, without refund. If you have any doubts or questions concerning our requirements, what to wear, etc., please feel free to call or email. Minimum of 3 people need to book in total for the class to occur.
