    This is a very bad tour option. Aside from the fact that we found out you could enter the cathedral for a third of the price and get your own audio tour, the tour process was terrible. I received an email asking me for my date of birth and passport details in order to receive the tickets. I stupidly complied. I never received the tickets and the company did not respond to any further correspondence. You did not need to show your passport to enter Thankfully Viator followed up on our behalf and we received a refund. I am less concerned about the money. I am more concerned that this company may be a front for a scam for identity theft given they never responded and asked for my passport details when they were not required. Do not use this company!
