Each infussion will be paired with thoughtfully chosen accompaniments such as dried fruits (like apricots, peaches, prunes etc), roasted nuts (walnuts, almonds etc), and handmade local biscuits to enhance the taste and aftertaste of the herbs. You’ll be encouraged to smell, touch, observe, and of course taste the herbs, learning to appreciate the subtle differences in aroma, texture, and depth of flavor. You will also get a brief yet insightful introduction to the traditional and medicinal use of these herbs in Greek culture.
