What a great trip with Sage, Rose, and Conner. The crew was knowledgeable and fun and attended to all of our needs. They were also highly considerate with any passengers on the trip who needed special attention or special considerations (or who didn’t want to participate in a given activity). Excellent crew, beautiful trip, loved the kayaking in the mangroves! Plenty of water, beer, and light snacks for anyone in need :)

Don't let the name scare you! 😉My wife booked this trip for my birthday weekend. We had an incredible experience from start to finish. They are very well organized and well established charter in the area and everyone we interacted with (in the shop and our crew) were fun, friendly, and accommodating. Our captain, Logan, and crew members Dave, and Cloud were all amazing and made an excellent team. Crew provided us with amazing service throughout the trip. I loved that this boat wasn’t packed with a ton of people. We saw other snorkel boats go out with a ton of people packed on board. We liked the more intimate feeling of the sailboat. One of the coolest part of their boats is they actually sail their boats (weather permitting). We unfortunately had some sketchy weather conditions and had to drop the sails and use the motor, but it did not damper the trip one bit. We made it out just in time for the skies to clear and enjoy great snorkeling and kayaking around the reef. Saw a couple dolphins, a manatee, some lobsters. Cloud did an incredible job of educating everyone on board in a fun and captive way and her and Dave did an incredible job guiding us on the kayaks. Highly recommend this organization for any of their cruises and if you’re as fortunate as we were, you’ll get any or all of this crew!!

We had a great time with Danger Charters! We took the late afternoon cruise. We were served fresh fruit and water on our way to the snorkeling location. One of the crew have us some information about the Keys, the shallow waters, shipwrecks and charts. We saw plenty of fish while snorkeling. They served drinks at this point, alcohol included. We then moved on to another location for kayaking. The group was split into two and had two different crew members as guides. We saw a nurse shark, two horseshoe crab, fiddler crab and various birds. Our guide, Luke, told us about the birds, the mangroves, the turtles, etc. We enjoyed the information. I especially found the hurricane information interesting inside the mangroves. Upon returning to the ship, they served soda, water, wine or beer along with chips, salsa (like a pico) and hummus. Everyone was very friendly and the crew made a concerted effort to learn your name. Bring a small bag for towels (though you will air dry a fair amount before getting back), hats and sunscreen. They ask you not to apply spray sunscreen via spraying but to apply it into your hand and rub it on so apply before you get on the boat or follow their request so as not to make the deck slippery or bring non aerosol sunscreen. They provide flippers and snorkel masks. We also brought our water shoes for the kayaking portion. The sunset was beautiful and they pause to give you time to take pictures. It was the best part of our trip! I highly recommend it! 10/10! We sailed with Jordan, Luke and Tennessee ( I don't remember his name but he was a character 😁). The guests with us were also friendly and we enjoyed their company.

Great time out on water. Did not see many fish snorkeling. Mangrove kayaking was nice, but, you are in the mangroves themselves for a very short time.

Overall it was underwhelming experience- high expectations from ads and mediocre delivery. Sailing was not really sailing but motor boating with assistance of sail. Snorkeling was most disappointing - there was nothing to see in the place we went to. Little kids enjoyed swimming with mask but the rest of us got nothing but dirty shallow water to look at. Kayaking in mangroves was probably the best out of 3 activities though it was not “in” the mangroves but just around a small mangrove island.

We had an amazing time on the water. Rocky and Gannon, our tour guides, were outstanding. They had an impressive knowledge of the local ecosystem as well as the history of Key West. They were hardworking, passionate, polite and kind. They worked extremely hard to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. I would do it again and would definitely recommend!
