    This is the second time we tried to book a customizable private charter from Caicos Catalyst. The first time was in October 2021. It started raining an hour before we were supposed to leave and they called and canceled, which we appreciated due to safety. This trip we had booked for Wednesday, April 24. The weather/water leading up to the trip was great, but on that Wednesday, the Atlantic got very rough due to a weather system. We had booked a private SNORKELING cruise. The staff did not attempt to cancel the trip due to rough water and the trip was unpleasant/choppy and bit scary in one area. Snorkeling was impossible and would have been dangerous in my opinion. The only things we got to see were Iguana Island and Dellis Cay, which was really nothing worth paying for—literally $1,200 right down the drain. Plus the captain mentioned he was sick and I was like, oh great... I'm probably gonna get sick on my vacation. The boat was gorgeous and I'm sure if the weather/ocean had been in good shape it might have been a good excursion. I'm not sure about the customizable part. I had envisioned visiting several great snorkel spots, not the same old Iguana island, shipwreck, etc. But I have to say: you can't control the weather/water, but you can make the choice not to take people out when you know you're not going to be able to provide the experience that was promised.

    Beautiful scenery and a relaxing time! Our two guides were excellent, and the charter was great value. Highly recommended!

    Went out on the Metta sailboat for a 4 hour tour. We had the most fun. The captain and crew were very professional and attentive. Good music. Good vibes. Even when it rained, the crew made sure we were all comfortable and happy. Highly recommend.

    We had the most spectacular afternoon with Morgan and Mikey on the Caicos Catalyst. They were incredibly warm and welcoming, and catered to the needs of our group(a mixture of children and adults) brilliantly. We had a very smooth ride, and the boat was very comfortable with plenty of places to sit and chill. We visited the spectacular iguana island, did some fantastic snorkeling and looked for whales. A memorable day, I would highly recommend!!
