A great excursion. It was great to go in Laguna Cejar, but also nice seeing the salt flats around ojos del salar and learning about the different organisms. A good sized group and the snack was obviously great. I definitely enjoyed this Laguna over the other one I did on this trip.

My family and I had a great time in this tour. The tour included visiting the Laguna Cejar, in which we were able to swim in, as well as Laguna Tebenquiche which was an amazing sight. Finally, we had a sort of picnic under a tree with pisco, chesses, grapes, and so much more. A very broad explanation to the area and volcanos was given, though I would have wished for a more thorough description. All in all, I would definitely do this tour again!

Magical experience in an amazing location, one of the highlights of our trip as the place is so special. Where else can you swim/float with flamingos eating only a short distance away? The guide we went with was Filipe and it was a joy to travel with someone so passionate about the place, the environment surrounding it and the history. He was knowledgeable and excited to share it (he was pulling out material he brought with him to answer questions, and showing us papers to help answer our questions) - he wasn't just a driver, which made what would have been a good experience a great one that I would do again in a heartbeat and made me feel a connection to the place I was visiting. There seem to be a lot of different tour companies, but I'd definitely recommend Whipala if Filipe (I hope I am spelling his name right) was the guide (I'd still recommend them anyway but it is the guide who can take it to the next level in my experience).

It was amazing! Lots of fun, beautiful views and Alex our guide was so nice! Included was a snack: so at sunset Alex set up a beautiful snack table with drinks, so much fun!

It is the largest saline deposit in Chile and is formed by a depression with no water outlet that receives the San Pedro River and multiple ravines through which water filters from the mountain range.

Laguna Cejar is beautiful and mystical of turquoise color. Its high salt content generates the floating effect, which makes a relaxing bath and a fun experience. Next, we will visit Ojos de Salar, formed by two pools of water from underground layers where small reeds and algae grow on their shores. Finally, in Laguna Tebenquiche we will enjoy the great whiteness of Salt.
