    What a neat and leisurely way to take in Costa Rica. The views are spectacular and the sounds of the forest are super cool. Despite the rain we were still able to see a howler and spider monkey, as well as Agouti. I highly recommend going first thing in the morning as the animals are out and very few people. After 10 it seemed pretty busy.

    a beautiful park. our concern that it might be too crowded was unfounded. we strolled leisurely through the park with lots of photo stops and were often the only people on the paths and bridges. if you take your time and are attentive, you have lots of opportunities to observe animals and enjoy the wonderful nature

    My husband and I decided to tour the hanging bridges by ourselves. We went on a rainy day and saw minimal wildlife. We did see some cute creatures like the strawberry poison dart frog and a tarantula hiding away on the hillside! Regardless of not spotting a ton of wildlife, this tour is beautiful. The hanging bridges are amazing and the greenery of the jungle is breathtaking. I would recommend this tour, even in the rain!

    Nice easy hike with tons of wildlife! Took a group of 14 high school kids here and it was fantastic! Lots to see! I recommend walking slowly so you see more wildlife.

    This was one of the highlights of our trip. Even though it was raining, we had a great time. In fact, it added a bit of mystery and drama to the hike. There are a number of hanging bridges as well as a bunch of small land bridges. We were really impressed with the infrastructure. The bridges seem very well maintained and there were nice fencing and paths the entire hike. We did not hire a guide, but it seemed like they were able to spot lots of animals (including monkeys) throughout the hike. There is also a pretty waterfall you can visit. We would definitely do this again.
