    The food was decent - as you would expect with Hardrock. No frills. Staff were helpful - especially with dairy allergy which was good. However it does feel overpriced and the restaurant itself doesn’t feel the cleanest. Needs freshened up, felt bit worn and dated.

    Our visit to Hard Rock Cafe Nashville was really disappointing. We have been to HRCs all over Europe & USA , but this one is really underwhelming, boring and has nearly no atmosphere. There was live music on the night & that was good, but staff were not fun at all and didn’t chat to us. We are used to very outgoing staff coming to the table to chat and be friendly. They were not exactly stand offish, but they were not far from it. Food was not brilliant and our strawberry -basil lemonades had too much syrup and no basil in it. Food comes in huge portions, but it’s mediocre at best. When we said „no thank you“ to dessert the server immediately brought the bill although we had not asked for it - essentially this is akin to being asked to leave in my view and I hate it when staff do this. Would not eat here again. There are so many fun places to eat in Nashville - this isn’t one of them (sadly, because we LOVE HRC normally).

    I love Hard Rocks and although I had been to this one in 1998, I could not be in Nashville and not go. The food was great and Austin was a great server. My friends and I ate upstairs outside on the deck. It was fun to people watch the action down below while eating. The Nacho Chicken, Spicy Shrimp, and the Salmon were all good. I walked around checking out the memorabilia. Great pictures of Buddy Holly, The Stones, and outfits from Buck Owens along with a bunch of guitars. Nice view of the river from the balcony. Worthy of the brand. Gabriella provided great service there. There are two Rock Shops, one in the restaurant and one down the street a short way on the right. Jessica was great with service in the shop until a young male employee came over and told me that the other Rock shop had some different pins. Jessica shut him down quite rudely considering I was right there. I am sure it was not the best way to treat a fellow employee. Except for that incident, everything was fine. There was really no need to treat him that way especially in front of a customer. I ambled down to the other Rock Shop and indeed they had a different pin. Jessica came in while I was there, so I am guessing she manages both shops. She was cordial there.

    Slow service, food when it arrived was like warm, typical chain food, band playing sounded bad, probably not a good sound check, poor overall experience, would definitely not recommend, avoid go somewhere else

    We visited Hard Rock our first night in Nashville. It took quite a while to get a server to our table. We were given plastic silverware, big turn off since I was ordering a strip steak. The steak was overcooked and tough. Our server Jessica was very good. She made sure we had proper silverware to eat with and she also was very helpful giving us hints and tips navigating Nashville since it was our first time visiting.
