    We are visiting Scotland for the first time. I’m not a whisky drinker, but heard Scotland is also known for their gin. We found this Gin Tasting Experience and it was one of the highlights of our time in Edinburgh. Dougal was our guide who taught us the history of gin and led us through tasting and making drinks. He was humorous, fun, and a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend this tour. And for whisky lovers (their main business), they have other tours and tastings you can book.

    A fun experience to learn about the history of gin and how to make delicious G+Ts. In addition this class offered variuos gin tastings and the cocktail class.

    Small distillery, we were in a tour of 9. Our host, Conor, was knowledgable and kept the tour interesting. We learned about the distillery and the history - but of course this is all about the drinking. Each made a ‘clover club’ cocktail under his guidance and tried generous measures of the other gins that they make. Well worth a visit. We are local so will try the whisky version at some point.

You'll enjoy a tasting each of our 4 gin expressions, and hear about how we manipulate flavour using innovative techniques. Experiment with different flavour profiles as we pair different garnishes, mixers and other accompaniments alongside your gin.
