The boat ride through the Horizontal Falls may not be suitable for women who are more than 26 weeks pregnant. Any women joining our tour whilst in any stage of pregnancy should seek their doctors approval prior to travel.

Absolutely fantastic trip from start to finish. Seaplane pilots were great: orbits around the falls, and views of whales from the air. Skipper of the power boat was amazing: great trip through the wide gap a few times! Hosting team were all bright, bubbly enthusiastic and so enjoying their work! Just do it!

It was a great experience & a well oiled machine but the marketing folks need to update the promo material so there is a distinction between the levels of service you receive between the 18 & 24hr tours. Speaking to others, the 24hr stay is certainly 5* but the 18hr stay most definitely is not. It was enjoyable but not Chef quality catering & most bizarrely, air-conditioning in each room but no coffee machine? Only instant coffee? Silly thing to scimp on in my opinion. The seaplane was a definite experience but a working intercom for commentary on what we were passing over would have been useful on our way back. Very good pilots both ways. The trips through the falls were great & you have terrific, knowledgeable staff - just market the 18hr adventure for what it is - a budget overnight stay.

We (Chris and Christine) had a wonderful time with a great bunch of people who run the place out there. Great value for money the highlight of our holiday lap so far. It will take a lot to beat this. Would recommend this very highly. The planning of the trip on the part of the staff excellent and with out fault. 4 plane rides, 2 thrilling boat rides, great dinner and breakfast prepared by the lovely ladies and a comfortable bed for the night.

Everything worked smoothly! From pick up at Broome to drop off the next morning! What an experience, all the crew are so passionate about what they do! Food was wonderful and they catered for my gluten free diet so I didn’t miss out on anything! Special mention to Haley (the rock nerd) for her informative talk on rocks and the history, she is an awesome boat driver too! Her assistance Tommy kept us on time and loved his passion with the sharks and local fish! Everyone was so wonderful, definitely a bucket list item!

Five stars for the flight - spectacular scenery Five stars for the staff - friendly and helpful Four stars for the boat rides - fun One star for the food - and that is for the barramundi which was lovely. Can’t believe that for over $1000 they didn’t have enough salads for everyone to get some, no butter for the bread roll and no toast or bread to go with the bacon and eggs for breakfast. The lady sitting next to only got a boiled potato, dry bread roll and barramundi for her dinner!!!!

Still pinching myself! This experience was perfect from the time we were picked up from our caravan park! We were fortune enough to have the CEO brief us at Derby Airport. He advised we would not see anything in the world more breath taking and it certainly did not disappoint. The pilots both ways, were so competent and informative. I knew it was going to be beautiful but did not realise just how beautiful. The whole thing was incredibly organised as it needed to be in order to ensure we experienced the whole thing. The guys and girls on the boats were highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable! We had been fully informed prior, plus given a 15% discount and an offer of a refund if we were not happy with them not being able to proceed fully through the falls. We were satisfied with this and therefore very disappointed with a couple of people on our boat who challenged one of the girls, who I must say handled herself beautifully! Our cabin was comfortable and clean, the food was delicious both dinner and breakfast and the canopy of stars was amazing! Every staff member was courteous and happy to oblige. It was worth every cent!

We would recommend this overnight trip to anyone. Even though it is a bit more expensive than a day trip, you get to visit the falls three times and get to see different tides levels. Take time to investigate tides before you book - tides can vary by 4-5 meters ( the larger the tides the better the falls.) So try and book for when there are large tides. We were lucky and on the last of the three visits it was over a 5 meter tide and it was just stunning - and so big that thefast craft could not get through the second fall. The staff are amazing and you are kept busy and entertained for the whole time, a try at fishing, swimming in the special ponds on the pontoons with a chance to see small sharks, a ride in the helicopter and ofcourse the falls. Food was exceptional and plenty of it. We were in a small group of twelve so it was not over crowded on the small boats traversing the falls. The evening after dinner we all sat on the top deck and enjoyed ont just an amazing view of the stars but and incredible meteor shower.

This is the best thing we have ever done, please don’t think about the money and just do it! We did the overnight tour from Derby and it was phenomeoul. You get to go on a plane, experience the amazing jet boat going thorough the falls, stay in the beautiful horizontal hotel, swim with sharks and do so much more. The staff are so friendly and courteous. The food was fresh, plentiful and delicious. The falls are just extraordinary and it makes you really sit back and see how stunning this world is, it was the greatest experience ever to see this wonder of the world.
