Anyone with reasonable health and fitness can participate in Indoor Skydiving, but the upper weight limit is 18 stone and 7 pounds/117kg. There is no minimum weight limit -
Arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your booked flight time to get geared up and ready for take-off. Just like an airline, iFLY operates a manifest so it's best to arrive early leaving plenty of time for any unexpected delays

Flights take place within 30-minute sessions, followed by a degear and instructor debrief. In total, customers should allow no less than 1 hour and 30 minutes

Flyers under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (over 18 years of age) on the day of the flight
