NO Spanish classes from Agust 14 to August 24 Learn the art DE tasting and discover the wealth DE Bordeaux wines: history, appellations, terroirs, grape varieties, blends, classifications, and more! In a friendly atmosphere, you will learn to taste like a professional. Wine will appear more accessible to you, and your senses will guide you DE to perceive all the finesse of its aromas. You will taste 6 carefully selected wines: 1 mystery wine, 2 dry whites (left and right bank), 3 reds (mixtures, left and right banks) and 1 soft. The wines come DE Grands Crus Classés and DE family estates EN organic agriculture. Guided by Mathilde and Cécilia, professionals trained at the University of Wine, you will also discover the secrets of successful, sometimes unexpected, food & wine pairings. A tasting booklet DE will be given to you to continue practicing at home. Depending on the season, the tasting takes place EN private courtyard, EN cellar or in our converted room. The wines tasted are available for sale. Do you prefer only red or white? Our specialized tastings are made for you!
