We took the blending tour today at the Irish Whiskey Museum and were not disappointed. Andrew was a spectacular guide/host and truly brought the trip alive! Would recommend to anyone who wants to learn about all the Irish whiskeys and not just a specific brand.

Tiernan is an amazingly funny tour guide and I’m writing this review purely for him. His jokes and humour made it easy to remember all the interesting information about the history of Whiskey. 4/5 only because the Blending Experience was somewhat disappointing. You only try four Whiskeys all of which are standard Whiskeys. They do all have a very different character and flavour profile yet it’s still somewhat limited. If it wasn’t for Tiernan I’d probably give 3/5, after all you’re paying good money.
