    It's a big boat with many people, primarily kids. The coral reef is not as exciting as it's promoted (I was snorkeling in Australia, and there you can experience a much better coral reef!!!), and there are few fish. I saw a sea turtle, which made my trip worth it. Otherwise, it was crowded and nothing special. We also had to pay for drinks. The staff was nice and friendly, so they did a great job. I wish it were a smaller boat or fewer people; that would make it a better experience. We snorkeled for an hour and a half.

    Nice people. great reef. Easy going snorkeling day. Worst part of the experience was meeting Trip Advisor's 100 character minimum for this review Sup wi Dat?

    I scheduled for snorkeling with my friend at 10 am. I was texted to say we had to go at 2 pm or we would have to go to the snorkeling and sand bar for $45 more dollars. We chose the 2 pm snorkeling only. When we arrived, he said the water may be murky and he cannot guarantee we will see coral reefs so will take us to the sandbar for drinking and music. We said why can’t we see coral reefs- and he said it is winter . I could not believe he would even offer the trip if it was not guaranteed. We are still waiting for the “ complete refund “ he snapped that he would give. Very disappointing and shocking of this deceptive booking. There should be a disclaimer that because it is winter- they cannot guarantee anything.

    Everything about this trip was not as advertised other than the private charter. It was 2 hours but it took 40 minutes to get out of the marina and 40 minutes to get back in. so we only got to snorkel for 20 minutes. And the water was cloudy and could not see anything...total waste. They advertise the captain with tailor the route to your preferences. They did not. We wanted to go to clear water which we could see far off at an island. They also advertise "you'll enjoy exclusive access to hidden sandbars. We saw zero sandbars where we anchored. The total cost for 2 people came to $750 for just riding a boat in and out of the Marina harbor. And do not let the photos decieve you, it was nothing like that. We would give it a 1/5 but our captain was pretty nice guy.
