    On time pick up, clear directions. The tour leader got everybody talking and sharing stories based on 4 questions. He was also very humorous and engaging. We were dropped off for our tour (which was great) and given pre purchased lunch tickets for a barbecue restaurant that was a 5 minute or less walk from the distillery. On the way back the tour leader had used the information we all gave to write a song. Very fun to listen to. He then continued playing his guitar, doing song requests and getting mini-sing-alongs going. Very energetic and clever improvisation. Yes, just driving yourself to the distillery is cheaper, but Tipsy Tours made this a memorable experience. My husband said he enjoyed the drive there and back even more than the distillery and he really enjoyed the distillery.

    I absolutely loved Tipsy Tours to the Jack Daniels Distillery. Both Jay and his wife were fun and filled with knowledge. Even though the tour convened early in the morning, it was quite alright. We had ample time to tour the facility and they pointed things out along the way. I’d definitely do this tour again (a great lunch is included in the price) and a whiskey tasting.

    The tour of the distillery was excellent, which is done by the Jack Daniel’s team, however what really separates this tour from the others are the hosts that take you to and from Lynchburg. They make the journey go by really quickly and keep you entertained with a mix of ice breakers to get to know everyone onboard (something a pair of introverted Brit’s usually hate), trivia, drinking and even a little bit of dancing. The food at the restaurant was nice and they were very accommodating to my wife who’s a vegetarian (even letting her know that chicken broth was used in the Mac and Cheese), however you could eat somewhere else in the town should you want to if didn’t mind paying for it yourself. If you don’t take yourself too seriously and have a good drinking story to tell, then this is the one for you.

    Jay and hot wife Katie were the best hosts on the Tipsy Tours to the Jack Daniel’s Distillery. They made the hour and half ride there fur and interesting. The distillery tour was nice but expect to be outside for majority of it and going in mid summer it was HOT! The bbq lunch was at the local square nearby and it was fulfilling. Lots of gift shops but some were not so friendly as others. But over our experience with this excursion was nice.

    The host was fantastic on this interactive road trip to the jack Daniel's distillery. They were engaging and made the 90 minute drive very enjoyable would recommend this to anyone who wants a pleasant ride to the distillery
