    Excellent cooking class ! We had a great time, learning how to cook, insights to the Balinese culture mixed with a lot of laughter. Perfect moment to spend with family or friends.

    What an amazing crew. Everyone here was absolutely lovely and looked after us very well. I was actually quite sick while i was here and they cared for me a lot. My friends and i had a great time, cooked delicious food and laughed a lot. Highly recommend doing this class, best in Bali! We got picked up and dropped off. The food was made Vegan for me too! 10/10

    My daughter and I had a fabulous time learning about how a Bali family live and some fantastic recipes. Friendly and well organised class with lots of informative tips and laughter. Would highly recommend

    We loved the cooking, if you’re looking for something authentic and fun to do in Ubud definitely give this a try. The family welcomed us to their own and made the cooking experience so much fun. Putu was our host and he explained everything very well. The food was amazing and they give you the recipes to take home after. Pickup and drop off was really easy, not too far from Ubud centre. Thank you for the experience

    The class was very nice. They offer to pick you up in Ubud but since we were a little bit far away from the centre, we had to go by ourselves. The class starts with a short visit to a local market, although not for buying food since they basically use home made and home grown ingredients. The class happens in the family’s traditional house which is beautiful. Before the class they explain you the architecture of a traditional house, their habits and traditions and this part is qui te nice. During the class you prepare several dishes and you get to collaborate in preparing each of them although you don’t necessarily do all the steps. Nevertheless you get a general idea of how the meals are prepared. In the class you are divided in pairs and each pair does the main steps. In the end, everyone shares the meal. The environment is friendly.

    Please note that our location is in the Kelabang Moding village, north side of Ubud. Keep an eye out for the sign "Jambangan Bali" on the left side of the road.
