My daughters wanted to do parasail of the back of a boat, so we paid 90 euros and were told to be back for 2.30pm. I watched from a distance and noticed my children and 3 other couples were still waiting after 30 minuets. I talked to the chap who said he had been waiting.LIAR!
THEE OTHER COUPLES WERE ALSO WAITING! Be careful using these unhelpful money grabbers. This is not a personal trip either. You will go out with a full boat and have to wait up to two hours for everyone else to have their turn. We travel a lot and this is the worst watersports service I've ever used.Oh ,and the 30 mins lost waiting for the seller was taken off of the boat time. Unimpressed and staff totally unfriendly.

Great experience half hour on jet ski happily use these guys again helpfull and polite. Anfi as a backdrop the jet ski course gives nice views, could see our hotel in Puerto Rico 😁

Horrible experience, very unprofessional and motorcycles without proper maintenance. Not recommended.
I had a reserve for parascending and Sky jet for two on June 8th and when we arrived there were most broken down bikes, some even smoked white that even the workers did not know what it was. After much waiting and without giving us solution we decided to ask for the refund of the money paid, as the rest of the clients did.
When talking to the manager he told me that he could not compensate us in any way the lost morning, and it was quite edge.
I asked for a claim sheet and he told me he didn't have it, to write whatever he wanted on a blank sheet.

Awesome time on the jet ski we booked 30 minutes on the circuit, from Anfi lift out to jet ski on the boat then a good number of times around my daughter was very happy , the staff are very polite and helpfull and the guys in the water took great care of us . Good advice and great fun . Good value for money coming back tomorrow to rent kayaks .
