    An Italian wine course taught by Christian, who I’d previously met during a pasta class last summer. As a sommelier, he brought great insight into the world of Italian wines, making it easy for everyone to understand and enjoy. His knowledge of different wine regions added a personal touch.     Great experience. Professionalism and sympathy all in one. The course is fun but complete, even the gastronomic part that accompanies the experience is very pleasant. The place is cozy, quiet and very cute. I also recommend the experience to families and friends in a group.

    It was a great experience: thanks to Christian’s availability and preparation the course was very interesting, Christian satisfied all our curiosity and told us many anecdotes about wine, the food/wine pairing, the local gastronomy. I would recommend the course to all those people, both beginners and more experienced, who are looking for something more than just wine knowledge.
