    Could not have been a better tour of Juneau. Dave was very attentive to the needs of my family members with physical limitations. My 87yo mother claimed him as family.

    We were so excited for this trip! However, torrential rains in Juneau caused flooding and other hazards & we had to be canceled. Communication from this operator was fantastic leading up to and the morning of our trip, including processing a refund! That deserves a 5* rating

    We loved our 11-passenger van tour! We arrived at the Juneau port and most of our cruise excursions were cancelled due to rainy weather, so we were pretty bummed. This afternoon tour made our day! We saw some highlights around town and went to the chapel to look for whales. The sky cleared and we were able to enjoy some sun and whale watching. We stopped on the way back to the port and tried to get a glimpse of Mendenhall glacier, but it was too foggy/rainy. We all got back in the van and then our tour guide noticed that the sky had cleared a bit. He sent us quickly back out to the point and we had about a one minute chance to view the glacier. Without his experienced eye, we would have missed out! We loved the tour and would recommend this company to anyone wanting a taste of Juneau!
