    Agency selected by booking for 2 tickets of the scenic train kandy ella paid in advance 130 dollars. 24 hours before departure we went to the station to have the bookings sent by the agency viewed and discovered that they had no value. We made 4 phone calls, one of which also through the hotel without any answer and explanation, some spot message saying to wait. We through the booking assistance made 4 phone calls and sent two emails and only after 6 days had with considerable difficulty and discomfort the refund of the payment. Train tickets were never sent and the mockery was going to Kandy station and taking them directly from us for the total price of $4. You make your considerations in 20 years of travel but a situation like this happened. Bad service to avoid and if I hadn't used booking I was losing $130.
