    Would recommend this to anyone wanting to immerse themselves into the Tortuguero canals. My guide Josel was so friendly, informative and passionate about Costa Rica and its nature.

    The kayaking was great. But our guide spoke. Mostly Spanish Because some of the participants were Spanish speakers. The English translation was not very good.

    Jordan was very knowledgeable explaining the sightings and area. He was able to spot frogs, lizards, snakes, caiman, sloth, toucan.

    Rented a kayak for a few hours and everything worked well, with super friendly staff. If you’re looking to explore the canals on your own and enjoy the nature, book a kayak here. I did so because I was too lazy to get up for the guided tour at 6 AM, but I’m sure this would be even better than exploring by yourself

    We did an early morning kayaking tour and 10pm turtle nesting tour with Celimo. We all LOVED every minute, even the downpour during the kayaking! Seeing the turtles lay their eggs was a once in a lifetime magic moment for us. Celimo is the best tour guide EVER! Passionate and caring about all the wildlife, vast knowledge and details about the animals. We learned so much! Thank you! We know that bats are Celimo's favourite animals, just to let him know that we visited the bat sanctuary in Monteverde. Beautiful creatures!
