Tokens for the Kiwi Encounters are given on a first-come, first-served basis, so it's recommended to arrive early to secure your spot. Token collection is compulsory 10 minutes before the Kiwi Encounter, unless sold out. The park also offers an audio guide to enhance your experience and provide additional insights into the wildlife.
