    The tickets you provided me with for a fee of 232 € were not accepted either by the public boats or by the staff of Villa Balbianello that we were to visit. We could not access the site and we had to pay for the boat.

    We booked 3 tickets thinking about visiting Villa del Balbianello (interior + gardens), as shown in the description. In reality, only the gardens were included, and we had to pay extra on site to access the interior. The final price has therefore doubled, which is unacceptable. The description should be corrected to avoid further unpleasant surprises. We paid 174€ for three but contrary to what was in the resa we did not have the visit of the villa so obligation to add 11 euros per person I think it’s not right I am dissatisfied and will send an unfavourable opinion on your site The answer given by the agency that provides you with the tickets is as follows: include fees and commissions from their Viator booking site and fees for managing, Service and supporting our practice, which I provide here through w-up. It’s a bit borderline The cost of garden plus boat costs 19 euros and sold 58!!! It is shameful

    not to be fobbed off i had it ticked off on my confirmation to visit the villa as well as the park this was not valid also when we arrived at the public ferry station they would not accept the ticket and we spent 30 minutes fussing trying to get the correctpaperwork although we had done everything correctly.We feel this was a real letdown and really do not know what we had paid for as you could purchase ferry tickets a nd park tickets very easily. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BOOK WITH YOU OR ANYONE ELSE.THE experience was good and the park was stunning but no guide and no information very poor in that respect.We would definetly inform people about this when they travel to lake como.I think more information should be given and someone on hand to deal and help with any issues.A lot of waste of money when this can be done better on your own!!!!
