    We booked this tour and it was nothing but amazing! Socrates was our tour guide and he was knowledgeable, friendly and even had a go pro to take pictures and videos for us. He sent them via a link on WhatsApp. We had so much fun on this short but adequate tour! It started with a quick lesson (in case you have never done it before). The water was calm so it wasn't too hard to stand. We started with a quick paddle to the marina where we saw two amazing water turtles! Then we paddled to an island where we docked our boards on shore. Socrates gave us water shoes and snorkeling equipment. We did a brief tour of the island and had a snack. He took group pictures and then we headed back to the beach. It was so fun and a great family activity. We would definitely do this again!

    A really brilliant day! Despite one of the family not having paddleboarded before, and one only having paddleboarded in rivers and lakes back home, this was a chilled and enjoyable trip. No previous experience required! My 9 year old sat happily on the board and really enjoyed it! We were lucky enough to see a sea turtle which came right under our boards. Socrates gave us a quick lesson to start with and was patient and knowledgeable. Lots of pictures taken on our behalf so we could enjoy the views and peaceful sea. This was a highlight of our trip and we will be back! Highly recommend.

    This was one of our families amazing experiences while on vacation in Greece. Socrates (the owner) was so helpful with teaching us to paddle board (none of us had ever done it before), and he was so encouraging. The waters were very rough the day we were there, but we didn't give up and had a great time. He is so knowledgeable about the surrounding area and we learned so much about Crete. We paddled to the island area of Lazaretta with great views of Crete. Socrates took pictures during our time, provided water and a snack as well as a tour of the small island. Highly recommend this experience!

    We highly recommend this experience because it is so much fun!! We are a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children (age 11 and 13), who had never paddleboarded before. The location of Sup n Blue is ideally located from Chania. It cost us a $8 taxi ride from the Old Town of Chania, and our experience was in the morning. Socrates is a lovely and calm instructor who spoke perfect English. His equipment was clean and well maintained. It didn't take very long for him to teach us how to paddleboard. I'm happy to report that no one fell in the water! This experience is the perfect blend of adventure, exploration, history, and fun. It was the absolute highlight of our 1 week stay in Chania. I appreciated that it appealed to both our kids and the adults! Socrates took many photos and videos of us using his camera and go-pro. He also kept our bags/wallet/phones secure. Socrates is a reliable, knowledgeable and kind instructor. If you only had 1 or 2 days in Chania, I would recommend doing this Stand-up Paddleboard Lazareta Experience tour in the morning, and then use the outdoor shower to rinse off / change. Then go into Old Town for a lovely lunch at one of the many cafes and then wander around the alleyways of shops and cafes of Old Town. You don't feel exhausted after Paddleboarding, and in fact feel invigorated by the fun adventure.

    This was one of my favorite experiences ever. Socrates was so helpful with teaching us to paddleboard (we never have before) and was so encouraging. The waters were very rough and gave us the option to move it, but we couldn’t. He was so accommodating. He is so knowledgeable about the surrounding area and we learned so much about Crete.
