Take delight in preparing two authentic dishes from scratch: Assam Fishhead and Ayam Pongteh (chicken stew with fermented soybean). End the workshop with a homey lunch - a great opportunity to take mouthwatering photos and share experiences and stories. Apart from the cooking, guests will join me to the local market to purchase all the ingredients need for the workshop. In this market tour, guests (specially tourist) will have the chance to experience the local heartland and not your usual tourist attraction spots. Take NOTE, this workshop will require at least 2 people to start.
