My Husband and I had an amazing time at Palacio Pampai Oeiras -The wine tasting. Which was fantastic – Salvador was super knowledgeable and the wines were delicious. The setting was beautiful, adding to the whole experience.
Afterward, we enjoyed a home-cooked lunch that was simply divine. The food was fresh, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the wines we tried. The hospitality and atmosphere were special.

A most unique, informative and enjoyable wine tasting experience. From being so warmly welcomed into Salvador’s home to learning about a variety of carefully selected and unique Portuguese wines, it was a truly memorable evening. A fabulous way to end our trip to Portugal. Salvador is very knowledgeable and deeply passionate about sharing his love of wine. We were certainly inspired to continue a journey across more of the wine regions of beautiful Portugal. Highly recommended!!

It was unusual to be received on Salvador’s lovely home, making the wine tasting feel personal and special. Salvador is passionate about the subject and makes the participants feel truly privileged and lucky to be part of such a wonderful experience.
I have been 3 times, and will probably go again, since the wines and regions are always diferent. Highly recommend- very different from the usual winery’s wine tasting./ visit.

This was by far one of the best most intimate wine tasting experiences I have ever had! Salvador was incredibly knowledgeable and Jenz (sp?) Was a great partner. Not only did we learn so much about Portuguese Wines but we loved sitting in their living room and learning so much about their lives and culture. I highly recommend!!!

I attended one of Salvador's wine tasting evenings on a recent holiday to Lisbon with a friend. It was such a lovely evening, and such a nice personal touch to be hosted in Salvador's beautiful and welcoming home. We met other fellow tourists from all over the world during our session, which was a really fun way to meet new people. Salvador's knowledge and expertise in Portuguese wine was extensive, and it's clear to see this is his passion! The wines we sampled were absolutely beautiful and I learnt so much about Portuguese wine from Salvador throughout the evening. A wonderful spread of nibbles was also provided that complimented the wine perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate in booking this experience if you find yourself in Lisbon, it was one of a kind! Thank you Salvador!

Portugal is a spectacular country for wines, and it's my absolute passion to share knowledge, cultivate appreciation and understanding of the wines here in this country.
As a sommelier, I've made it my mission to introduce to you some of the best and most distinctive Portuguese wines you'll ever taste.
Not just any wines on supermarket shelves, but unique, beautifully produced wines, full of character and complexity. Wines that are often from independent, family-owned, heritage wine producers. Wines that are lesser known and yet absolutely underrated in quality and flavour. Wines that are rare and sometimes difficult to find.
I will orient you to various wine regions of Portugal, certainly beyond the familiar.
With every tasting session, I select 5 different wines, making every event unique. That no matter how many times you join my events, you'll always taste new and wonderful wines every time.
