Make your Temecula Wine Country and Shopping Day Trip, easy, and pleasant by making an affordable RapidShuttle Private reservation that will fit your travel needs and budget. Because you are Not sharing the ride with other travelers, your schedule is based on your or your party flight departures or arrivals. Our first stop will at iconic Lake Elsinore Outle Mall. An outdoor mall where you can buy major brands retail at a discounted prices. We expect to stop here for about 2 hours so you have the time to do your shopping. And dont worry about your items; becuase this is a Private Day trip, you can leave your bags in the vehiecle trought your trip. After enjoying shopping at Lake Elsinore Outlet Mall, we will continue our trip to Temecula Wine Country. Here, you can choose to stay at one winery, and or visit several ones (it time allows) for wine tasting. We expect to be here for aproximately 2 hours. After your wine tasting is concluded, we head out to the famous Old Town Temecula (Front Street). Here you can enjoy the scenery of an old town, shopping, and dine. We expect to be here for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, before we head out to the place where we started this majestic Day trip. This trip may take up to 11 hours or more depending on road conditions.

Each of our family owned wineries are easily accessible and situated just close enough in proximity to one another to make your wine country trail tour a breeze.

Old Town Temecula combines the region’s storied past and its exciting up-and-coming future in a unique blend of shops, restaurants, hotels, entertainment, and event opportunities in one walkable, easy-to-navigate hub for visitors to explore. Take a step back in time as you walk the wooden boardwalks past rustic western-era buildings, antique shops, and specialty boutiques featuring Temecula-made artisan goods, or explore the most up-to-date trends including sampling pints at craft breweries, attending outdoor festivals, grabbing a bite of local, farm-to-table dining, or dancing to live music at bars and unique outdoor venues. History buffs can wander the streets of Old Town Temecula viewing rustic buildings, sidewalks, and storefronts reminiscent of our historic golden west in the 1880s. Old Town Temecula has it all.

In addition, is the Traveler responsibility to let RapidShuttle's agents know if they are running late due, but not limited to Luggage, Costumes, and or Emigration Issues.
Guest is responsible to notify RapidShuttle for any delays. After the allocated waiting time, if no contact with the party, RapidShuttle reserves the right to record the trip as a No-Show by the Guest. No-Shows are Not Refundable.
RapidShuttle is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles; please ensure you have all your belongs upon exiting the vehicles. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
Collapsible wheelchairs/Scooter with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the Guest(s) is/are accompanied by someone who can assist them, board, disembark and disassemble/assemble the wheelchair/scooter. Please keep in mind that Wheelchairs/Scooters may not fit in a vehicle luggage compartment designated for 1-2 Passengers (Sedan), or 3-4 Passengers (Minivan). Due to the fact that Wheelchairs and or Scoters vary in Size, Shape, and Form. It is the Guest(s) responsibility to ensure that such items can fit on the selected vehicle and or passenger group. Due to liabilities, the driver is not allowed to assist in the disassembly/assembly of the wheelchair/scooter, nor assist the Guest(s) board or off-board the vehicle. RapidShuttle vehicles are Not equipped to provide Access/ADA services. In the event, that the wheelchair/scooter cannot fit in the baggage compartment, nor the Guest(s) have the ability to board the selected vehicle/service; RapidShuttle it will do their best to find an alternative service for the Guest(s) at their own costs. The Guest(s) understands that these costs will be in addition to their initial cost for the reservation. The Guest(s) as well understand that in the event that RapidShuttle's driver cannot accommodate the Guest(s) due to their own ability to board, and/or off-board the vehicle, and or the scooter or wheelchair cannot fit in the baggage compartment, RapidShuttle reserves the right not to issue a refund for the services.
Due to unforeseen events such but not limited to Road Conditions, Mechanical Failures, Over Bookings, RapidShuttle reserves the right to hire a RapidShuttle Affiliate and or Partner to provide transportation for a scheduled pickup. The service type and cost will be equal or greater from what the Client has paid. In such cases, the information provided to The Affiliate and or Partner it will be limited to the Client's name and contact phone number, arrival/departure flight information, and pickup/drop off information. In the event RapidShuttle sees the needs to use one of our Affiliate's and or Partners to provide a scheduled pick-up, RapidShuttle it will Not Charge the client any extra fees. These measures have to be in place to ensure that our clients do not get services interruptions or to avoid any unnecessary delays.
Luggage allowance, Extra/Oversize luggage or items: Your service includes only one (1) checked bag up to 50 lbs. and one (1) carry-on up to 20 lbs. Its the customer's responsibility to (1) ensure the vehicle they have selected can accommodate their luggage plus the number of passengers, and (2) to inform us if they have additional luggage, extra large/oversize luggage or items. If the customer fails to notify the tour/service operator in regards these items; at the tour/service operator discretion, they can either request for a large or an additional vehicle to accommodate the items listed outside the allowance given, and or charge an additional fee per the additional and or extra large/oversize luggage or items. Such fee should not be less than $15.00 per item nor over $25.00 per item.
Child seats: Upon request, the tour/service operator will provide a child and or a booster seat. Additional fees may apply.
Waiting time: Upon request, the tour/service operator may provide an additional waiting time if possible. Additional fees may apply.
