    Great experience! Junaid was a master tour guide, explaining time by time history, places etc. Also, he allowed us to visit additional places. Shuttle very clean and comfortable!

    We booked the Abu Dhabi tour ( including Louvre ) through our hotel and went on Jan 3 2019 . If you are looking for a transport solution , this tour will suffice , if you are looking for an informative , well organised tour , go elsewhere . I understood that our guide on the day was a replacement however the quality of guides should be consistent for all tours There was no clear plan for the day , the first port of call was a bathroom stop where the hard selling for a $45,000 carpet began , this should have been the first warning sign . Our guide was very difficult to understand , particularly for guests where English was a second language ( I’m native and struggled ) . Many of the guests understood that they would be home by 7pm , it was more like 9.30pm . By the time we reached Ferrari world , everyone was exhausted and only half the guests got out of the bus to view , honestly , this part of the trip could be skipped . A few tips for upcoming groups : - Run through the agenda , timings and sights for the day at the beginning of the tour - Explain in advance of the vehicle changes - Estimated return times to Dubai - Check the volume in the bus , it was so high we asked on a few occasions to reduce the volume which was done however it felt like our guide was shouting - Let guests know in advance of departure the required attire for the Grand Mosque and to bring water - There is limited water on the bus which we found by accident - suggest to visit the date market before lunch ( not afterwards when everyone was full !) The Louvre and Grand Mosque are absolutely worth seeing , however not with this tour company
