    I followed instructions and canceled my booking more than 24 hours in advance in the mobile app, something went wrong with the app and did not process, I reported it more than once and they refused to refund my money, I disputed this and explained with details but they just said “oh well”. I am penalized for the issues on the app and lost 200 dollars, be aware when making your reservations, they don’t keep their end of the deal.

    We had a great tour experience with Dylan. He was the BEST! Most patient with our group, yet kept us moving. He also showed us the best camera settings and took a very cool panoramic of the canyon for us. After we came back to the surface, he even demonstrated how slot canyons like Antelope develop over time. We even have a pic or 2 to enlarge. Awesome!!

    I have traveled lot’s of places all over USA but this was the worst one.the place is good but The lady who was guiding us for hiking inside antelop canyon was very rude and was not helpful at all. She was just trying to finish somehow as soon as possible. Didn’t gave us time to stop for a second to look around . Seems like she didn’t wanted to guide us .The authority should be more responsible over there.I just waisted my money and time and health .

    Arrive at the check-in site, giving time for our guest to park their vehicles, and leave anything they do not need or allowed on the guided tour there. Then complete their final check-in process with the local Navajo Indian guides at the tour building and be ready to depart on the tour once their group's turn to enter is called.
