    More organization between mobility, boat etc. It is rating that they are all in charge of the tour of different companies.

    Izi Peru sent us the wrong pick up information (4.45-5.00 am). We waited almost an hour and a half, from 4.43 am to 6.00 am at the entrance of the hotel for a taxi that did not come. After the complaint they said they were at the door at 5.15am. Despite camera footage from the hotel showing that they had only been at 6.15 am we got no refund. It is a pity about the negative energy this has cost us and scandalous that Izi Peru did not admit their mistake, despite the evidence of the CCTV footage, and did not refund us the money. Izi Peru has not proven to be a reliable organization for us.

The tour concludes around 11:00 a.m. back at our original meeting point, leaving you the rest of the day to relax or explore more of Máncora.
