    The instructors were kind, knowledgable, energetic, patient, and extremely helpful. They provided us snacks and cava, and did a great job engaging with us/guiding us along the process of making our own espadrilles. The actual process of choosing and making the espadrilles came with a lot more creative freedom than I realized (which I appreciated!). We were not only able to choose the style and color of the espadrille we wanted to make (i.e., open back vs. closed; different color espadrilles) but they also had a myriad of ribbon colors to choose from, which really enhanced the experience (and almost made it hard to choose, in a good way!). Lastly, I appreciated that the classes were held in small groups (only 6 people in my class including myself). It allowed for a more intimate experience, more individualized attention, and more camaraderie. I would 100% recommend this experience. My mom and I had a blast!

    It was so fun and unique! Luis and Kathe were so kind and helpful! You get a bit of a history lesson along with the shoe making fun! Highly recommend this experience!
