What to expect

Founded 105 years ago, Tokusei Soy Sauce has been making soy sauce on the approach to Okadera Temple in Asuka Village, Nara Prefecture. After touring the brewery, visitors can use an original press to press their own original soy sauce from the mash. The tour is completed by attaching your own label to the bottle. The freshly pressed soy sauce will be tasted on the spot with tofu from Shimode Tofu in the village. Afterwards, you will be served excellent Mitarashi dumplings with the original sauce made from Tokusei Shoyu's soy sauce.
