    Unfortunately it was canceled due to weather. I will probably not be returning to Melbourne, so I’m disappointed. However, there’s nothing you can do about the weather!

    We had a lovely view from Newport to Yarra bend, spectacular sunrise and the weather was perfect. Our pilot Victor, was very experienced and was able to bring us through the CBD, and we really enjoyed the trip and the views. Everything was perfect while we were in the balloon. However I am quite annoyed that we paid quite a lot of money, but were expected to provide manual labour - such as helping unload and packing up the balloon. Especially afterward, helping to pack up the balloon on a wet grass field, my pants were completely soaked and it was just very uncomfortable. It was not the fault of the pilot or the other assistant, as there is no way the two members alone would have been able to pack it all up. But considering I paid up to 1k for the two of us, I was extremely disappointed in the lack of staff from the actual balloon company and therefore the passengers had to help!

    The whole experience was well presented from pick up to drop off. Jason and Viktor were very helpful and Viktor delivered a great flight and smoothest of landings. We can highly recommend this experience.
