    This was my third time rafting the Occoee with my best friend. We did it together about 20 years ago for the first time before I moved out of the country. I was over for a weekend only and asked him to go and he booked OAR. We were assigned Brett as our guide as we were doing both the upper and middle sections. It was an epic day on the water, with lots of adventure, from boats flipping, amazing wave riding, and some torrential downpour at the end of the 2nd portion of the day. We stopped for lunch halfway through and it was basic but filling and tasty and much appreciated. Highly recommend if you want a great time with an energetic and amazing guide. Book with OAR and request Brett. When we come back we will.

    We had Mike as our guide and he was FANTASTIC. We were a group of school friends celebrating our BIg 60th birthday !!!! Had the best time.

    What Fun!!! My wife and I had a free day while in the area for a wedding and could not have been happier that we spent the day on the Ocoee and with our amazing expert guide CAVEMAN! Highly recommend him. He's the best! My wife thought level 3 and 4 would be too intense. And yes, it's an adrenaline rush but it's very safe. I'm 61 and I'll never say my wife's age, but just to give an idea of the age range on the river. It's for anyone in half-decent shape who loves nature and fun. We'd do the Upper section if we are in the area again. It's so much fun!

    I went down with Hayden as my guild it was just me and him in the raft that was the most fun rafting I have ever had he is an amazing guild we got to surf a lot of the rapids he could get us into and keep us in the sweet spot on them I would totally recommend rafting with him

    What a fantastic experience! From the online scheduling, pre-registration, pre rafting safety debrief, all the time on/in the water, and the bus rides to the put in and back, this team had it going on! Jon’s safety talk emphasized the importance of safety first but kept everyone engaged! We thoroughly enjoyed all of the anecdotes and experience this team shared. In particular, Mike and Madison made a good team for our family. Mike’s knowledge of the river was evident and amazing. Thank you OAR ! The only thing that could have been better is if we booked the full day trip. Next time we won’t make that mistake!
