Tour guide picked us up from the resort and we had about a 30 minute drive to the site. Once we got there my partner and I did not bring our drivers license. Tour guide explained that we should have received a detailed email instructing us to bring our drivers license. The lady working the front desk searched my entire inbox and saw that I never received that email, she even called the company who should have emailed.
I did not forgot my drivers license, I was never instructed to bring it. Once we realized they did not care and there was nothing they could do , we asked if they could drive us back. The tour guide was so rude and said no we have to sit here for 2 hours until everyone is finished with the tour or he can cut the tour earlier for everyone and take us back. Long story short these people were so nasty and rude to us and refused to help us in anyway. They suggested we get on the back of our friends bikes, we did not want to inconvenience any one so that was not a option for us. We simply just wanted a ride back to the resort, we ended up spending $65 on a Uber to take us back.

The trail is boring but the tour guys did a great job. Were organized, fun and polite. But in Lake Placid the trail is much more challenging.

I believe this is the company we went on. The activity center refers you to a location that is a 3rd party company about 45 minutes away from the village. We drove there ourselves.The only recommendation is signage on the road as it can be slightly confusing to find or easy to miss.
Location is great, super polite and friendly staff. The experience is awesome. MY wife and I never drove snowmobiles before and they made this super easy for first time riders. Tour was perfect length and snowmobiles were in great condition, would 100% do it again. Loved it.

Departures With Transport will meet at the Tremblant Activity Centre. Departures WITHOUT transport will meet at our snowmobile base located at 150 Qc-117, Ivry sur le lac, QC

Must be 18 and over and have a valid driver's license in hand throughout the activity (copy and photo not accepted).
