The person was a no show. Tried calling the company for hours. We had to figure out our own transportation when we arrived, after talking to multiple people about where to go. Spent 4 hours of our time trying to get to our hotel when we coordinated this well before our arrival. Terrible company, would not recommend to anyone.

What we had paid for services were not provided. Our agent tried to fix it many times with tour operator and without them identifying it as a problem they just kept putting it off , over and over ! Will not book with them again ! The proper services were never provided! Trying to get a refund now !

First you need to know that if you visit Jamaica and do not meet Ryan, you will have missed out .Three friends and I travel together every year to celebrate birthdays . Because this was a big one , we went to Jamaica. We had arranged a ride with Young’s Tours and Ryan found us at the airport and was so helpful. There is so much to say about Ryan but honestly, the whole trip was better because of him. He also took us on excursions and then a ride back to the airport. We had so many laughs and he is so knowledgeable about all things Jamaica ! I could not recommend him enough .

Ryan was our “person” for the five days we were on island. Some wanted shopping and shelling, others just lounged by the sea. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of his country.
Traffic was rough on Friday night, but we stopped at the grocery- where Ryan was super helpful!!- and, on to the villa.
He checked with us daily to see if we wanted an adventure or to book an excursion.
