    The tour guide rafael didnt know the english necessary to explain the tour in english very basic level but very good attitude

    Rafael knew so much about plants, wildlife, birds, and the history of the Cloud Forest. He was engaging and entertaining and had great stories. He was also a great photographer for our family on the tour!

    The tour was amazing! We saw many creatures from small insects to large animals! Our guide was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot! Great for any occasion.

    Raffa very friendly and super patient! We were 4 adults, 3 children and a baby! We didn't see many animals (that's nature) but explained about the flora!
